West York native Dr. Tanner Hale has returned home to open Vitality Chiropractic & Wellness, bringing a specialized and precise approach to chiropractic care to the York community.

Founded by Dr. Hale, the practice offers precision Gonstead Chiropractic Care focused on identifying and addressing the root cause of pain, spinal dysfunction, and movement-related issues.

After growing up in West York, Dr. Hale completed his undergraduate studies at King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2019, before going on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in Chesterfield, Missouri, in 2022.

During his training, Dr. Hale studied a wide range of chiropractic techniques, including Activator, Logan Basic, Thompson, Cox Flexion-Distraction, Diversified, and Gonstead, allowing him to develop a well-rounded clinical background while focusing on precise, patient-specific care.

A key part of his training included an external clinical rotation at Eriksen Chiropractic in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, where he trained under Dr. William C. Eriksen, a direct student of Dr. Clarence Gonstead, founder of the Gonstead technique. This advanced experience helped shape the detailed, root-cause-focused approach he brings to his patients today.
