Missed / Cancelled Appointment Policy

We understand that circumstances can arise and schedules may change. If you need to cancel or move an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice.

Providing advance notice allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.

• Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a missed appointment fee.
• Emergencies do occur, and we appreciate your communication if unexpected situations arise.

If appointments are consistently missed without notice, the office may discontinue scheduling future visits. In this situation, a list of local chiropractors can be provided to help ensure your care needs are met.
