Dr. Tanner Hale is the owner and chiropractor at Vitality Chiropractic in West York, Pennsylvania, proudly serving patients throughout York County. As a York native and West York High School graduate (Class of 2015), Dr. Hale is honored to return home and provide chiropractic care to the community that helped shape him.
Why Dr. Hale Became a Chiropractor
Dr. Haleβs interest in chiropractic care began after experiencing sports-related injuries while playing football growing up. While physical therapy provided some relief, he became fascinated by the role the nervous system plays in controlling the body and influencing recovery.
That realization changed the direction of his career. Chiropractic offered a way to address the root cause of pain and spinal dysfunction rather than simply managing symptoms.
Today, Dr. Hale is passionate about helping patients throughout West York and York County restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy through precise, nervous-system-focused chiropractic care.

When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Hale enjoys spending time outdoors. He enjoys hiking with his dogs, visiting the lake, and staying active.
He is also a dedicated sports fan and enjoys cheering on the Penn State Nittany Lions every fall.
